Civil Defence Division 7 Launch at Vijayanagar

I solemnly affirm that I will be faithful and true allegiance to India and to the constitution of India as by law established and that I will loyally carry out the duties entrusted to me ( so help me God). As they took the oath, the Area Suraksha Mitras looked all set to make a difference to society. Here is what happened at the ASM induction ceremony at Vijay Nagar.
