Shivajinagar (Shivajinagara) is a locality in Bangalore, India. It has a major BMTC bus station, and is also a commercial centre. Its proximity to M. G. Road (less than one kilometer) and Cantonment Railway Station make it an important transport hub. Also, several government offices are located off Shivajinagar.

The oldest name of shivajinagar is Lashkar and still remembered as lashkar by many of the residents who were at their ripe old age.

Shivajinagar is the hub of many ancient Masjids which dates back to the old Mughal era some 300 years back like Lal masjid, Masjid -e- baid, masjid -e-labbeen off commercial street and the Tomb of Saint hazrat Shah sultan which is just behind the bus terminus and the masjid constructed in its premises is the center of Tabligh activities all over the state, the decisions regarding the Tabligh movements are Planned, designed and executed from here which comes effective all over the state.

Shivajinagar has a famous market, known as Russel Market. This market was started in 1927 to cater the British residents in Cantonment area. It continues to serve the residents of this area to this day. Shivajinagar has one of the highest concentrations of Muslims in the city of Bangalore. Commercial Street, one of Bangalore's top shopping destinations is also located in Shivajinagar.

Shivajinagar is famous for kabab, with number of restaurants.

Shivajinagar also hosts one of the old and famous churches in Bangalore, St. Mary's Basilica. The annual feast of St. Mary's Basilica is celebrated every year on September 8 at Shivajinagar. The feast is celebrated for 9 days, ending on September 8, with a chariot procession of St. Mary's statue around Shivajinagar. Thousands of Christians visit Shivajigar during these 9 days wearing saffron colored attires.
